Today
I'm showing you Week 28
for my "Schultz Family 2015" Project Life Album. I'm on mission "PL catch
up" at the moment - I hope I can keep it up for the rest of the year!
This week I've continued to
use goodies from my June Messy Box from A Beautiful Mess,
as well as a few other bits
and pieces from my craft desk.
Here is a close up of the LHS. The photos for this week were mainly from a weekend away during the school holidays - we stayed in the city! We love the cafe eating, shopping and we saw Totem by Cirque du Soleil!
This "wonderful moments" card was made by the talented Natalie Elphinstone aka one scrappy doctor isn't it gorgeous!
I love the round cork embellishments in the ABM kit - and how cool is this one!
Here is a close up of the RHS. Lots of photos here.
The today card and the city-scape card are also made by Natalie - with a couple of add-ons by me :)
I love the colours of the cards in the ABM kit - so fun!
I've loved using this Messy Box for my Project Life and have more to show you soon! I print all my photos on my Epson XP-600.

OTP Mini Album - With Paper House Productions!
This week is all about "Off The Page projects" over at Paper House Productions.
To join in the celebrations I've made a mini album (including a process video) of our family.
I started with a set of 6 chipboard disks (from KaiserCraft) that I covered with paper from the Blossom paper pad. I Then painted around the edge of each disk with white paint. Once this was thoroughly dry (overnight is best) I started with the decorating.
I kept my choice of embellishments to a minimum using cork stickers from the butterflies, meant to be, and live laugh love packs, the happy moment rubon transfers and the nature Snapshot sticker pack.
The Photos were all taken at a family photo shoot. I printed them in black and white and each is approx 2" x 2".
Having a limited embellishment collection meant a reduced decision making process - and an achievable project!
I also added a selection of sticky back pearls around some of the photos!
The black and white photos work well with the brighter papers in this collection.
Finally I added some ribbons around the clip at the top to soften the look and finish it off!
I print all my photos on my Epson XP-600.

Project Life Week 27!
Today I'm showing you Week 27
for my "Schultz Family 2015" Project Life Album. Lately I've really been struggling to keep up with my project life but I am determined to catch up. I find it takes me hours to collate all my photos (from at least 3 different cameras) then decide which ones to print and what size. Then it can be overwhelming to decide on papers and embellishments.
This week I've used lots of goodies from my June Messy Box from A Beautiful Mess, as well as a few other bits and pieces from my craft desk.
Here is a close up of the LHS. These were photos of the first week of mid year school holidays when Rachael and I enjoyed playing UNO attack, tim-tam slams and going out for coffee/hot chocolate!
There were some fun alphas in the ABM kit that coordinated perfectly with my photo!
I seem to have lots of partially used sticker sheets so I'm trying to use them up by layering them on my cards.
Here is a close up of the RHS. I've made a shaker pocket using my Fuse and sequins from the ABM kit - too cute!
Our local school had a Krispy Kreme fundraiser - we have only had them once before, they are just delicious!
I've loved using this Messy Box for my Project Life and have more to show you soon! I print all my photos on my Epson XP-600.

Every Day Is An Adventure - With Paper House Productions!
Today I'd like to share with you a scrapbook page I made using lots of goodies from Paper House Productions.
I've also made a process video!
I've used mainly the ColorWays Emerald paper pack and the ColorWays Emerald accent pack. The photos are of my daughter Jessica on our summer beach holiday - she loves to pose for the camera too :)
I used a stencil (KaiserCraft) and some mists (Heidi Swapp ColorShine) to decorate the white cardstock. Then I trimmed it down, punched along part of 2 sides then attached to a piece of patterned paper.
I've then added a selection of elements from the ColorWays Emerald accent pack - this card makes for a perfect title! I've also used a coordinating sticker from the nature Snapshot sticker pack.
In the bottom corner I've included the date with a roller date stamp and some handwritten journalling.
Around the photos I've included some words from the Explore and Enjoy puffy sticker packs.
In the other bottom corner I've added more elements from the ColorWays Emerald accent pack and a flair made with papers from the ColorWays Emerald paper pack. The wood veneer bird is from my stash!
I print all my photos on my Epson XP-600.

Project Life Week 26!
Today I'm showing you Week 26 for my "Schultz Family 2015" Project Life Album. Again this week I've used lots of goodies from my July Messy Box from A Beautiful Mess, as well as a few other bits
and pieces from my craft desk. I really love using kits - they remove some of the decision making process by limiting the supplies available. Sometimes I get overwhelmed by all the crafty goodies I have and then cant even start!
Here is a close up of the LHS. I didn't have many photos this week so I used lots of filler cards!
Layering is a great way to add interest to a card as well as use up your craft supplies - when you run out it is a great excuse to buy more of the latest goodies (but who needs an excuse!).
I couldnt believe the size of this mug of hot chocolate - there was plenty for all of us!!
I had this bird overlay laying around unused - was perfect on this card! I've also added other small alphas to go with the large one.
The banana waffle was almost as big as the hot chocolate - we will definitely be going back there for breakfast! Here is a close up of the RHS. On this page I've added more pink/peach coloured cards from my stash. I can now appreciate why some people store their cards colour coordinated! I tend to keep things stored in their kits.
This card is all from the Messy Box (except for the gold triangles). I stamped the background using a dots stamp!
I always collect memorabilia so wanted to include these movie tickets on a card.
I've loved using this Messy Box for my Project Life and cant wait to open the next one!
I print all my photos on my Epson XP-600.

Project Life Week 25!
Today I'm showing you Week 25 for my "Schultz Family 2015" Project Life Album. This week I've used lots of goodies from my Messy Box from A Beautiful Mess. I took out a 6 month subscription for these kits and to tell the truth, 5 months in and I was yet to use any :( So I started with the most recent kit (for July, that just arrived last week), as well as a stamp set, roller stamp, and washi from previous boxes, and a few other bits and pieces on my craft desk, and away I went!
Here is a close up of the LHS. I didn't have many photos this week so I used lots of filler cards!
There was cute stamp set, washi and a roller stamp in some of the earlier Messy Box's which I've used on these cards. I've added a strip of patterned paper to the bottom of the gold heart card to fit in the pocket.
I made a weekly card using MS Word on my PC and added some silver stars from the July box.
There is a set of large gold alphas in the current box which I added to a few of my cards, as well as a stamp.
Here is a close up of the RHS.
I used my "Fuse" to add some 2x2 pockets to my page. I love using the Fuse - just make sure it warms up properly first (10-15 mins). On the two smaller cards I've used a camera, Hello There, and background dots stamps from a previous box - it is a very useful set!
I used my Fuse again here to make a pocket for some sequins!
I've loved using this Messy Box for my Project Life and have more to show you next time!
I print all my photos on my Epson XP-600.

Cherish - With Scrap The Girls!
The August challenge at Scrap The Girls is an inspiration challenge. Isn't it so pretty!!
I've taken the colour inspiration (peach, gold and black colours) as well as an ombre/waterfall look. The sponsors this month are 2Crafty Chipboard and I was lucky enough to receive some of their awesome goodies to use on my page!
I've used a photo of my gorgeous daughter Rachael and the colours in the photo were perfect for this challenge. I started my using a stencil and a few Colorshine sprays to give an ombre effect.
I used a black Colorshine spray on the 2Crafty flowers/tree and the cherish word, and some gold Colorshine on some of the 2Crafty hearts.
I then added some gold accents (flair, words, and glitter paper) from a D-lish Scraps Just Add Paper kit.
For the Scrap The Girls August challenge we have an awesome prize from 2Crafty Chipboard!
See all the information, more amazing inspiration, and the rules on the Scrap The Girls Blog!
Happy Scrapping!
