Christmas in July Challenges - With Scrapping Clearly!

  Hi Lovelies!

Did you join in on last weekends Christmas in July Cybercrop? Today I have the four scrapbook pages that I created using lots of fun products available at Scrapping Clearly

The first page was for Challenge 1: Traditional Christmas Colours.

I've used a monochromatic red colour scheme on a heavy white cardstock background. I created a watercolour background with Prima watercolour confections, then added stencilling with Nuvo Glimmer paste - Red. My photo is matted on papers from the 13@rts Unforgettable collection.

This next page was for Challenge 4: Choose your own Christmas colours.

I've used a monochromatic green colour scheme on a heavy white cardstock background. I created a watercolour background with Prima watercolour confections, then added stencilling with Nuvo Glimmer paste - Red. My photo is matted on papers from the Heidi Swapp Old School collection.I've also used Heidi Swapp puffy stickers and words.

This next page was for Challenge 4: Christmas colours on a non-Christmas layout

On a heavy white cardstock background I've used a palate knife to paint Dylusions shimmer paints in Postbox red, fresh lime, and pure sunshine. Then I added stencilling with white texture paste. My photo is matted on papers from the 13@rts Unforgettable collection.

This last page was for Challenge 5: Inspiration Tree

On a heavy white cardstock background I've stamped a variety of circle stamps using Tim Holtz Distress Ink ink pads in fossilised amber, kitsch flamingo and broken china. I then added splatters of each of these colours. I added stencilling using Bo Bunny glitter paste. To embellish I used Heidi Swapp words and clear alphas.

Before Now After - With Bee Arty!

 Hi Lovelies!

Today I have an art journal page to share with you made using lots of crafty goodies from Bee Arty.

I created this page in my DWM Multi Media Journal on cotton watercolour paper.  Then I painted Rust and Walnut Colour Artist ink across the page using a painting with plastic technique. This colour scheme is my current favourite :)

I added stamping using the script stamp from the Bokeh stamp set and stamping using the Life Is Tough Stamp Set

Next I used the Pavement Stencil with Bling Colour Paste

Here is my completed page. I found a picture on Pinterest and printed it on photo paper and added to the page.

I created embellishment clusters using flowers cut from the Embrace Change collection pack paper as well as hessian, gauze and kraft tags from my stash. I drew around the edge of my page (and the word stickers) using a thin black Life Of Colour pen.

The leaves are created by stamping with the perfect petals stamp set onto paper offcuts from the Embrace Change collection pack paper.

Sparkle - With Bee Arty!

  Hi Lovelies!

Today I have a scrapbook page to share with you made using lots of fun products available from Bee Arty.

I started with a sheet of heavyweight 350gsm white cardstock. I used a painting with plastic technique to add Bling, Leather and Deep water Mica Powders to the page (colours that complemented the "Forever My Always" Collection).

Next I applied Leather Colour Paste through the My Lady A4 stencil on my page. I did this upside down as I wanted to showcase the flowers in the stencil.

Here is my finished page. The photo is of my daughter Jessica after she had purchased a new phone and purse (many months of pocket money saved for this!).

Here are some close-ups of the page. The photo is matted on papers from the Forever My Always paper pack. The flowers and leaves were fussy cut from the Gentle Heart paper. The words are cut from the Love Is Golden paper. I've also added some diecuts using Kraft cardstock and the Old Leaves metal die from the Embrace Change collection.

I've added word stamping using the Say It clear stamp set from the Embrace Change collection.

I've added more diecuts using Kraft cardstock and the Autumn Trio metal die from the Embrace Change collection and some paper flowers to finish it off.

Everything Is Possible - With Scrapping Clearly!

  Hi Lovelies!

Today I have an Art Journal page that I created using lots of fun products available at Scrapping Clearly

I'm playing along with the July moodboard challenge. We would love for you to join in with this challenge and be in the running to win a Scrapping Clearly store voucher. You have until July 31st and you need to upload your challenge here

This page is created on a burlap/hessian page in my 8x10 Dina Wakley Media Journal. I started by stencilling using Nuvo glimmer paste in Sapphire blue (The sparkly paste fitted in perfectly with the moodboard!) and a 13 Arts stencil. When I'm working on Hessian I prefer to keep my creating minimal. Adding a feature stencil, an image and a few diecuts are all that you need on a page :)

I added an image I found on Pinterest, some white diecuts, and Tim Holtz Idea-ology small talk stickers.

Some close-up images.

Love This - With Scrapping Clearly!

Hi Lovelies!

Today I have a scrapbook page that I created using lots of fun products available at Scrapping Clearly

I'm playing along with the July moodboard challenge. We would love for you to join in with this challenge and be in the running to win a Scrapping Clearly store voucher. You have until July 31st and you need to upload your challenge here

For my background I started with heavy white cardstock and I added some colour to the page using a painting with plastic technique and Prima watercolour confections - Tropicals (Pinks). When this had dried I added splatters of each pink colour

Here is my finished page. I've used a photo of me on mothers day wearing my special mothers day T-shirt!

I've used papers from the Bee Arty - Bohemian Bliss paper pack to matt my photo. I was so excited to see this paper collection added to the Scrapping Clearly store. Its so beautiful and another one of my favourites - and designed by the talented Sue Smyth!

I've cut out some transparent wings from the ScrapFX wings transparency and added them to my photo.

I've added some enamel dots, sequins and white gauze as embellishments.
