Addicted To Grunge Art Journalling - With Bee Arty!

Hi Crafty Lovelies!

Today I have an art journal page to share with you made using Addicted To Grunge Collection available from Bee Arty.

 

 

I love the "grunginess" of this collection but I wanted to use some fun bright colours. 

Here is my completed page.

 

 

I painted some Cobalt Colour Shimmer Dust and Deep Water Colour Mica Powder on the background, then added splatters of Cobalt and Midnight Colour Shimmer Dust and Deep Water Colour Mica Powder. Next I added stencilling using Snow White Colour Paste through the Old Time Numbers A4 Stencil. Stamping was added using a grey inkpad and the Alpha Grunge Stamp Set. 

 

To finish the page I added an image from the internet, die cuts using the Vintage Number Metal Die set and book paper, and the Trellis metal die and white cardstock. Lastly I added some words and I used a fine black Life of Colour Pen to draw around the edge of the page.

Art Journalling - With Bee Arty!

Today I have an art journal page to share with you made using Addicted To Grunge Collection available from Bee Arty.

 

 

I painted some Pink Ice Colour Shimmer Dust on the background, then added splatters of Pink Ice, Tan and Midnight Colour Shimmer Dust. Next I added stencilling using Blush Colour Paste through the Typewriter A6 Stencil. Stamping was added using a grey inkpad and the Library Card Stamp Set.

 

 

Here is my completed page.

 

 

To finish the page I added an image from the internet, die cuts using the Vintage Number Metal Die set and Kraft cardstock, and the Trellis metal die and shimmer cardstock. Lastly I added some words and I used a fine black Life of Colour Pen to draw around the edge of the page.

Today I have an art journal page to share with you made using lots of fun arty products available from Bee Arty.

 

 

Ive use Jacaranda, Passion, and Pink Ice Colour Shimmer Dusts on the background.

 

 

I've added texture using white texture paste and the Whitewash Stencil from the Raspberry Fizz collection. I've added some random stamping with black Archival Ink and the Recipe Script stamp from the Raspberry Fizz collection and the Spotted Stamp Set from Full Circle. I found an image on the internet and matted some white gauze underneath along with diecuts created using Black cardstock and the Connected Metal Die also from Full Circle. Lastly I used a fine black Life of Colour Pen to draw around the edge of the page. I seem to have forgotten a title/words - oops :)

Moodboard Art Journalling - With Bee Arty!

 Hi Crafty Lovelies!

Today I have 2 art journal pages to share with you made using lots of fun arty products available from Bee Arty. In both cases I was inspired by the monthly moodboard at the time but never god around to finishing the pages or sharing them - oops.

 

 

This first page was inspired by the May mood board and sketch challenge - my fav colours!

 

Ive use Cool Mint, Steel, Apple of my eye, Jungle and Polar Mica powders on the background. Then I've done some random stamping with the Recipe Script stamp from the Raspberry Fizz collection.

I've added a velum Sea Script diecut. The jelly fish fussy cut and title are from the Saltwater collection paper pack.

The next page was inspired by the April mood board and sketch challenge - so fun and bright! 

 

Ive use Sunflower, Amber and Candy Colour Artist Dye Ink on the background. The flowers are cut from the black and white fussy cut sheet from the paper collection pack in the Raspberry Fizz collection. I've painted a light colour wash on the flowers using the Colour Artist Dye Ink.

Lastly I added some words from the "Always" Black on White cut apart sheet.

Moodboard Art Journalling - With Bee Arty!

 Hi Crafty Lovelies!

Today I have an art journal page to share with you made using lots of fun arty products available from Bee Arty. 

 

  

I'm playing along with the February mood board and sketch challenge. We would love for you to join in with this challenge and be in the running to win a Bee Arty online voucher. You have until February 28th and you need to upload your challenge here (please follow challenge rules). 

 

I was immediately inspired by the moodboard picture and colours and I knew I could quickly re-create it with some of the Bee Arty dies I had.

I created this page in a 6x6 kraft journal. I started by swiping heavy white gesso across the page. 

I added stamping using the Find Your Way stamp and Grey Archival ink.

I've added diecuts from the Flower Stems metal die set, the Autumn trio metal die set, and the Aussie leaves metal die set  (using 250gsm White Cardstock). 

I painted the diecuts with Lovely Lilac, Blush and Steel Mica powders. 

I added some words from the Bee The Sunshine paper collection pack. 

Lastly I outlined the page using a fine black Life of Colour paint pen.

Authenticity - With Bee Arty!

 Hi Lovelies!

Today I have an art journal page to share with you made using lots of cool products from Bee Arty.

 

 

I'm using a calico page in my DWM art journal. I start by using a pipette to put droplets of Royalty Shimmer spray on the page then using some plastic packaging to "smoosh" it across the page. Once dry I added drops of Berry Colour Artist Ink and repeated the process. Then I added some Passion Colour Shimmer Dust mixed with water. I also add splatters of each of the colours.

 

 

I added stamping using the Bokeh stamp set from the Grateful heart collection, and black Archival ink.

 

I used the Lined Stencil with Snow White Colour Paste to add some stencilling across the page.  

Here is my completed page. I found a picture on Pinterest and printed it on photo paper and added to the page.

 

I've embellished with papers, fussy cutting and word elements cut from the Untangle collection papers.  I've added white cardstock diecuts created using the Honeycomb metal die. I've added some torn music paper that I sprayed with the Royalty Shimmer spray. I've outlined the words using a fine black Life of Colour paint pen.

Escape The Ordinary - With Bee Arty!

Hi Lovelies!

Today I have an art journal page to share with you made using lots of cool products from Bee Arty.

 

  I'm using a cotton rag watercolour page in my DWM art journal. I start by painting Steel and Stormy Weather Mica Powders across the page. 

 

I used the Free Hand Stencil and applied Navy Colour Shimmer Dust mixed with water using a sponge. Then I used the Directions Stencil with Sienna Colour Paste to add some stencilling across the page.  

 

 

 

I then added stamping using the Mapped stamp and the Making Tracks stamp set from the Road Trip collection, and black Archival ink.  

Here is my completed page.

 
The image is from the Tick paper from the Time Flies collection.  I've embellished with fussy cuts from the Time Flies collection pack. The title is cut from the Curious paper. I've added a white cardstock Compass die cut, and a book paper Grungy Filmstrip die-cut. I've outlined my page using a fine black Life of Colour paint pen.

One Moment, Art Journalling - With Bee Arty!

Today I have an art journal page to share with you made using lots of cool products from Bee Arty.

 

 

I'm playing along with the November moodboard challenge. We would love for you to join in with this challenge and be in the running to win a Bee Arty online voucher. You have until November 30th and you need to upload your challenge here (please follow challenge rules). 

I was inspired by the colours of this moodboard, as well as the cane/hessian texture, and the wall artpiece of the tree/leaf. 

I'm using a cotton rag watercolour page in my DWM art journal. I start by painting Steel, Stormy Weather, Deep water and Sienna Mica Powders on my page using a painting with plastic technique. I also add splatters of each of the colours.

 

 

I then added stamping using the Bokeh stamp set (script) from the Grateful heart collection, and black Archival ink. I used the Scripted Stencil with Dusty Charcoal Colour Paste to add some stencilling across the page. 

 

I also used the Bokeh stamp set (script) to stamp some tissue/collage paper to add to my page.

 

 

Here is my completed page. I found a picture on Pinterest and printed it on photo paper and added to the page.

 

 I've embellished with flower and leaf die cuts in white cardstock and kraft cardstock using the Flowers of Paradise metal dies and  Leaves of Paradise metal dies from the Find Paradise collection. The title "One Moment" is cut from the Untangle collection. I've outlined my page using a fine black Life of Colour paint pen.
