To celebrate this awesome event I have created a scrapbook page using Lindy's Stamp Gang Starburst sprays in Opal Sea oats and Canna Lily Burnt orange. as well as Lindy's Magicals Screamin' Banshee Black. I've also used lots of fabulous Imaginarium Designs Chipboard.
I've used a photo of Rachael and I at the recent Hill Top Hoods concert - the colours suited perfectly with the Lindy's colours I was using :)
After deciding on photo and embellishment placement I sprayed some Lindy's Sturburst sprays in Opal Sea Oats and Canna Lily burnt orange across a white cardstock page. I also allowed some of the drips to move down the page. When this layer had dried I sprinked some black Magicals across my page and sprayed water on it - what a magical effect!! I let this dry thoroughly again then I mixed some of the Magicals Screamin' banshee black with texture paste and applied through a stencil.
To colour the chipboard I painted some of the starburst sprays directly on to the chipboard (in a 2-tone look for the hearts and x's). I mixed some of the black magical with water and painted this onto the word chipboards.
Some black wire to frame the photo and some flowers were the only extras needed to finish this project off!
I cut the circular cross hatch chipboard in half to add to 2 corners of my page and I painted it in the Lindy's Sturburst spray - Opal Sea Oats.
I hope you have enjoyed my project - next on the blog hop is Solange Marques so head on over for more fabulous inspiration.
Imaginarium Designs chipboard I've used includes
# words : code IDW0094
Right Now : code IDP0204
Loolabelle's freaky peep crosses : code IDD0050
Lou's heart shapes : code IDDL0015
Loolabelles circular cross hatch : code IDD0025
All of my photos have been printed on an Epson XP-600.
