Teddy Bear Art Journalling!

Hi Lovelies!!

Today I have some art journalling to share with you. This was a "Just for fun" project which I thoroughly enjoyed doing and will certainly be doing more of!

I have used my small Dylusions art journal (my fav size!) and I've created the baclground using a painting with plastic technique (my fav technique) and Prima watercolor Confections (watercolour pan paints are my fav!).

Next I've added some background stamping then added highlight stamping with the gorgeous "Bad Bears" stamps from AALL & CREATE and designed by the talened and fabulous Louise Nelson! Arent these hearts and bears awesome!!

I have finished the page with some awesome/funny Tim Holtz Snarky word stickers and  some doodling with a Fude ball pen.

Sunrise - With Scrapping Clearly!

Hi Lovelies!!

Today I have a scrapbook page to share with you made using various goodies including the Heidi Swapp Pineapple Crush collection available in the Scrapping Clearly Store.

For my base I've used a sheet of white cardstock. I added some background colour using Prima Watercolor Confections and a painting with plastic technique underneath in the area my photo. I then added some stamping then stencilling with TCW silver modelling paste. 

I've matted my photo on papers from the HS Pineapple Crush 12x12 paper pad along with a alpha stencils from the HS Emerson Lane collection.

I also added some glass elements, metal embellishments, and chipboard.

Lastly I added some Tim Holtz small talk stickers, and some doodling with a Fude Ball pen.

Bold and Bright - With Scrapping Clearly!

Hi Lovelies!!

Today I have an art journal page to share with you made using lots of Art By Marlene goodies available in the Scrapping Clearly Store. I just love the bright and whimsical products in this range - love love love!

I've used my Dina Wakely 8x10 media art journal and this page is a cotton rag watercolor paper. 

I started by adding paint to the background. I used the new DMW paint colours (carnation, heather, mineral and sand) and then rubbed some of the paint off through a stencil with a wet baby wipe.

Then I added some stencilling using Fabel-Castell whipped spackle for texture.  

I wanted my page to be brighter so I added watercolouring using the Art-by-Marlene paint set - these paints are amazing! Next I added some background stamping and some feature stamping using the Art By Marlene Mandala stamp. Then I added torn strips of Art By Marlene washi across the page.

I then added some dies from the Art By Marlene die-cut book and some word stickers from the Art-by-Marlene sticker book.

Finally I added some splatters of watercolour paint from the Art-by-Marlene paint set. Then I drew around the edge of the page with a Fude Ball pen.
