Hugs for Mama!

I'm really enjoying scrapbooking at the moment. I love the larger sized pages and the ability to leave "white space". I also love being able to use masks and mists.

Todays page is typical of my style with paint splats, masking, and embellishment clusters. The photo was taken recently of my baby girl and I waiting for the school bus. I was so lucky getting lots of extra "bonus" hugs before the bus arrived. Jessica also wrote on the tag I used in my layout - all her own design!

I love to use a variety of unique and individual embellishments on my creations. D-lish Scraps is an Australian online store that stocks a hugs range at fantastic prices. On this page I've used cabachon resin flowers, crocheted flowers, bitty blooms, lillies, cosmos daisies, forget-me-nots, mini metal flowers, sequin bow, resin mini daisies, flair, freckled fawn wood veneer, shipping tags, paper doilie, cotton twine, washi tape, and mini sequins.

Other products I've used include Stampin' Up! white cardstock; TCW chickenwire reversed template and Chalkboard mist; Amy Tangerine Scetchbook papers and thickers; MME cut & paste label stickers; Studio Calico wood veneer; Pebbles roller date stamp; Basic Grey alphas; and a chevron bag from my stash.
