Today I'd like to share with you a scrapbook page with photos of Rachael - the Selfie queen in our family!!
I've used lots of goodies from Paper House Productions, specifically items from the ColorWays collection and Snapshots collections.
After deciding on the basic
layout of the page I made my own background using
watercolors. I've used greens and yellow in this background.
The papers I have used are from the ColorWays Noir paper pack. Isn't this zebra print stunning! I've also used a strip of teal chevron paper for contrast.
In the top corner of the photos I've added a flair (made myself using paper from the ColorWays Emerald paper pack ) a punched circle of black and white chevron paper (from the ColorWays Noir paper pack) and two leaves from the ColorWays Emerald accent pack.
In the bottom corner of the photos I've added a "be wild" sticker from the nature Snapshot sticker pack and heart, chevron and "smile" stickers from the Explore Puffy stickers pack.
At the bottom of my page I've added a rub-on from the Be Happy rub-on transfers, an "explore" sticker from the nature Snapshot sticker pack and an "enjoy" sticker from the Explore Puffy stickers pack.
I print all my photos on my Epson XP-600.

Project Life Week 15 - With Scrappy Canary!
Today I'm showing you Week 15 for my "Schultz Family 2015" Project Life Album. I've used lots of goodies from Scrappy Canary, mainly the April Pocket Life Kit - Oxford,
as well as other shop items.
In my last PL post I showed a photo of how I laid out 4 weeks of photos on my page protectors. I generally do 3-4 weeks at a time using that months Scrappy Canary PL kit.
The next step in my process is to work on a page at a time where I start by placing the cards out on my page and then adding embellishments. On my workspace you can see lots of cut outs from the paper pad as well as stamps and other embellishments.
And here is the final result for this page - looks like I changed my mind about the bottom left card!
Here is my 2 page spread for week 15.
Here is a close up of the LHS.
This card is one from the kit with an added strip of paper from the pad. I've also included 2 fussy cut coffee cups, a flair, paper clip, sticker and cork arrow (I love these arrows!!)
The alphas in the kit are so fun!
On this card are more cut-outs from the paper pad and another paperclip.
Here is a close up of the RHS.
The alphas on this card are from last months kit. Can you believe we grew this many pumpkins!
I print all my photos on my Epson XP-600.

Scrapping For Fun - Part 3!
Today I have the last of my projects from the National Scrapbook Day cybercrop held by Scrappy Canary (see here).
Once again I have used an old kit (Studio Calico) that had been sitting in my stash for some time, and I tried to limit myself to just using this kit and a few extra bits and pieces already lying around on my desk.
The 5th Challenge was another recipe challenge - to use the word Happy, stamps and punches. How adorable is Rachael and her cousin in these photos!!
The 7th Challenge was to use 5 or more different alphas!

Project Life Week 14 - With Scrappy Canary!
Today I'm showing you Week 14 for my "Schultz Family 2015" Project Life Album.
I've used lots of goodies from Scrappy Canary, mainly the April Pocket Life Kit - Oxford, as well as other shop items. I love this latest kit, it has a simple bright colour palate (yellow, red, blue and green) that is perfect for coordinating with photos of daily family activities.
As soon as my PL kit arrived I printed out photos for weeks 14-17 and laid them out on some page protectors. Then I worked on a double layout at a time and started by adding the cards from the kit as well as the 6x6 paper from the kit and an additional paper pad I purchased from the store. I love the paper pads, they are perfect for making your own cards and I like to fussy cut images where possible. From the kit paper I cut out polariods, take away coffee cups, and some small phrase cards.
Here is my 2 page spread for week 14.
Here is a close up of the LHS.
I typed up my weekly activities in MS Word on my PC then printed it direct onto one of the cards.
I love the sheet of word stickers on the kit, as well as the silver paper clips - they are perfect embellishments for the cards. I also added some epoxy/wooden buttons I purchased in-store! I used the Kelly Purkey stamps (heart and people shown here) to add some fun elements on my cards.
Here is a close up of the RHS.
For this card I've used a sheet of paper from the 6x6 paper pad, as well as a fussy cut coffee cup and one of the gorgeous flair.
I've used more fussy cut elements on this page as well as a paperclip from the kit.
I often collect memorabilia (business cards and movie tickets etc) during our travels and like to add it to my pages. The Mexican restaurant had a heap of large sombreros we could wear - too funny!!
I print all my photos on my Epson XP-600.

The 3rd Challenge was a subscriber challenge where you had to use at least 2 different Scrappy Canary kits. I used the January and March scrapbook kits - these are some of my favourite colours :)
The 4th Challenge was a colour challenge - pink, gold, teal and black. I made a 6x4 PL card. "Just Smile" is a free digi from Polka Dot Creative. I printed it out on my b/w laser printer (HP Laser Jet 1022) then put thermal gold foil on it and put it through my laminator - doesnt it look divine!! Crafty Hugs xx

Scrapping For Fun!
For National Scrapbook Day Scrappy Canary held a cybercrop (see here). Initially I only thought I would join 1 or 2 challenges, but once I started I was having so much fun I completed all of the challenges!!
When I started the challenges I pulled out an old kit (Studio Calico) that had been sitting in my stash for some time, and I tried to limit myself to just using this kit and a few extra bits and pieces already lying around on my desk. This was the best decision for me!! It was so much fun scrapping for fun, and scrapping some photos that have been waiting for the opportunity!!
The first Challenge was a sketch challenge. I love sketch challenges at the moment, they often force you to try something different.
The 2nd Challenge was a recipe challenge challenge - to use at lease 2 patterned papers, wood veneer/cork, enamel dots and washi. I love this photo of Jessica - cracks me up!! And Yes, she is loud!!

Explore - With Paper House Productions!
Today I'd like to share with you a scrapbook page with photos from our recent Summer holiday. I've used lots of goodies from Paper House Productions, specifically items from the ColorWays collection and Cork'd collection.
I've used the ColorWays Sapphire paper pack, there are some amazing patterns in this range. I layered a number of different patterned paper sheets under and around my photos.
I added a sun and camera cork sticker from the Picture Perfect cork stickers packet.
I've used the Be Happy rub-on transfers and Explore Puffy stickers for my title. I love using a combination of products, fonts and colours for my title.
I printed out my journalling and cut into strips then attached across my page for an interesting effect.
Finally I added a paper strip, tag, puffy sticker and wood veneer in the bottom right corner to balance the page.
I print all my photos on my Epson XP-600.

Project Life Week 12 - With Scrappy Canary!
Today I'm showing you Week 12 for my "Schultz Family 2015" Project Life Album.
I've used lots of goodies from Scrappy Canary, including the March Pocket Life Kit - Whimsy, as well as leftover embellishments from previous kits and shop items.
Here is a close up of the LHS. This week Rachael and I went to the Kylie concert and I did some baking.
I made up my own Week 12 card using MS Word to highlight the weekly activities.
These hearts are wood veneer from Pinkfresh studio that I painted to coordinate with the paper I used and the pink in the Kylie photos.
Here is a close up of the RHS. This page covers our family day at a local show.
I've included lots of cute embellishments and word stickers.
I entered some scrapbooking pages in the show, woohoo!
I print all my photos on my Epson XP-600 and I've used a SMASH* pen for journalling.

Project Life Week 13 - With Scrappy Canary!
Today I'm showing you Week 13 for my "Schultz Family 2015" Project Life Album.
I've used lots of goodies from Scrappy Canary, including the last pieces from my March Pocket Life Kit - Whimsy, as well as leftover embellishments from previous kits and shop items. I made my own flair using the Pinkfresh Studio paper collection pack.
As soon as my PL kit arrived I printed out photos for weeks 11, 12 and 13 and laid them out on the page protectors. Then I took all the cards from the kit and spread them across the pages. I had just enough cards for the 3 weeks.
Here is a close up of the LHS.
I love the 6x4 watercolour cards in the kit, I ended up using 3 this week! And you can never have too many feathers or chevrons can you :)
The word stickers are perfect embellishments, and I loved that there were different colours!
Here is a close up of the RHS.
This week Rachael and I went to see Insurgent at the movies - perfect embellishments for this card!
There are some fun wooden word strips in the kit - perfect on this card with some feathers!
I print all my photos on my Epson XP-600.
