Today I'm showing you Week 6 for my "Schultz Family 2015" Project Life Album.
All the goodies used on these pages are from Scrappy Canary. In particular the February Pocket Life kit - Courageous and the February embellishment kit - Fierce.
Here is a close up of the LHS. The 3x4 cards are MME from the PL kit. The 6x4 cards were cut from a sheet of Simple Stories 'I Am" patterned paper from the February Scrapbook kit.
I embellished this 6x4 card with some feathers from the Embellishment kit (love these feathers!!) as well as other stickers from the PL kit. The number wood veneer was from a Scrappy Canary Christmas release.
I've included handwritten journalling around elements on the cards - adds a personal touch but doesnt detract from other features of the card. I added some of the yummy gold stickers to another card. I attached a 3x4 Simple Stories card from the PL kit on to my 6x4 paper, then added a transparent overlay - love this effect. A flair and some word strip stickers from the Embellishment were great finishing touches.
Here is a close up of the RHS -
the cards used here are mainly Simple Stories cards from the PL kit.
All that I added to this card was some extra stickers and a word strip.
I've handwritten journalling on more of the cards and printed on a journal card using my printer.
The Simple Stories photo stickers in the PL kit were a perfect addition to this photo!
I print all my photos on my Epson XP-600, and I've used a SMASH* pen for journalling.

Get Messy Art Journal - Week 5!
Today I have some pages for the Week 5 prompts in my Get Messy Art Journal.
I took this first photo white I was working on my watercolor background.
On these pages I've mainly used the Pink Fresh Studio January embellishment kit that I purchased from Craft Paper Scissors. These stamps are adorable and I love the heart sequins.
On my pages I've listed the 5 languages of love and a gorgeous life quote from Dr Seuss as well as a special photo of my parents from my wedding.
Here are a few close-ups
I've also used some arrow stamps from a stamp set from Kellie Stamps. My journal is a purple Cutesy Style SMASH* folio.
I've had so much fun this week and am looking forward to more "Get Messy" prompts.

Get Messy Art Journal - Week 6!
I've been busy lately and not
had much time for my art journal. But I made the time yesterday and did
a few pages in about 2 hours. I've done a double page for each "get
Messy" week - much more achievable.
These pages are for the Week 6 prompts in my Get Messy Art Journal.
I've done some styling for this photo showing some of the goodies I used on my page. I've mainly used the Pink Fresh Studio January embellishment kit that I purchased from Craft Paper Scissors. I love everything about this kit. The stamps are so cute and they are very good quality and I love how easy the rub-on's are to use.
I love the pages in the SMASH* folios - so quirky! I could not possibly cover up these moustaches!!
This weeks prompts were all about romance and using a pink/red colour scheme. I've included a photo of my husband when he proposed to me - was so special!!
More closeups!

Amazing - with Paper House Productions!
Today I have another project to share with you using the fabulous Paper House Productions products.
I've made a scrapbook page using a paper pad and some Snapshots embellishments.
The photos are of Rachael - isn't she beautiful!
I've used some Paris Snapshot stickers, Vintage Romance Snapshot stickers and the Blossom paper pad.
After deciding on the basic layout of the page I made my own background using watercolors. I've used pinks, yellow, and a light blue in this background.
I've cut strips of paper to use on this layout and added a silver doilie as a mat behind my photo.
The Snapshots stickers are so pretty and I have lots of other plans to use them on my pages.
I added some wood veneer and sequins from my stash and i wrote part of my title using a label maker.
I print all my photos on my Epson XP-600 and I've used a SMASH* pen for journalling.

Beautiful!
Todays share is a scrapbook page I had published in the Scrapbooking Memories
magazine. It was in Vol 17 No 8 in the "Trend Spotting" section featuring Cursive Script.
I've used a black and white photo of my daughters year 7 graduation along with teal and white embellishments on a black background.
Once I had decided on my photo placement I added some large white paint splats using a very wet sponge dauber.
I've made my title using coloured wire from D-lish Scraps. I like to write out my title on paper first then you can easily bend the wire following the shape of your writing.
I cut my photo to fit in the Prima resin frame (I love these frames!). Then I added lots of flowers, pvc doilie, journalling tab and sequins from D-lish Scraps.

Project Life - Week 5!
Today I'm showing you Week 5 for my "Schultz Family 2015" Project Life Album.
All the goodies used on these pages are from Scrappy Canary. In particular the February Pocket Life kit - Courageous and the February embellishment kit - Fierce.
Here is a close up of the LHS. I've mainly used the Simple Stories cards from the PL kit here. They really stand alone and don't need additional embellishment.
This card already had the patterns in the bottom left corner. I just added a photo and a flair and the feathers from the embellishment kit. I love the Simple Stories photo stickers in the PL kit - perfect to add to your photos!
I printed on this journal card using my printer. I type into a MS Word doc and format to the necessary size. I then print it on to a sheet of paper and check it will fit into the available area on the card (hold the paper and card up to a bright light and you can see through). Make any changes and reprint if necessary. When I'm happy with the formatting I use a non-permanent roller adhesive (eg Dotto) to stick the journalling card directly on top of the words on the paper and run it through the printer again, voila!
Here is a close up of the RHS - the cards used here are all MME from the PL kit. I also purchased a MME On Trend paper pad with my Scrappy Canary order - I used some of these paper sheets to make 6x4 cards on this page.
I then added stickers from the PL kit and Embellishment kits. The gold foil stickers from the MME sticker pack in the PL kit are awesome!
I've used the photo stickers on most of my photos. And I love the word strip stickers from the Embellishment kit!
There are some transparent overlays in the PL kit. I've used one here over my photo and added a photo sticker too.
I print all my photos on my Epson XP-600, and I've used a SMASH* pen for journalling.

Life Zesters - March Challenge!
The 1st of March means a new challenge over at the Life Zesters Project Life Challenge blog. The
Challenge this month is a colour challenge - so pretty and summery :)
These pages are for Week 3 in my Schultz Family 2015 Project Life Album.
Here is a close up of the LHS.
I had lots of photos that I wanted to include this week, so it didnt leave much space for filler cards.
I did have a bit of trouble finding patterned paper to suit the colour challenge so I used my watercolours and painted on a few white cards
Here is a close up of the RHS.
The papers and die cuts I did use were from an old American Crafts collection that I bought well over a year ago as part of a kit. I've also used lots of wood veneers from Freckled Fawn and Pinkfresh Studio.
I print all my photos on my Epson XP-600.and I've used a SMASH* pen for journalling.
For the March challenge we have some awesome sponsors - see all the details on the blog!
A $20 voucher from Studio Fourteen40
And a $15 voucher from Scrapping Life
See all the information, more amazing inspiration, and the rules on the blog!
Please remember that your payouts must be 12x12!!
Happy Project Life'ing!
