Woohoo! I've finished my Christmas album!! Here is my last page, for December 31, and my title page. Initially I decided to do my title page at the end so i could include some photos, but once I got to the end I decided I didnt want to include any photos on it - I can change my mind, right?!?!
For the first page I've used completely non-christmasy papers. Firstly because I had used up all the Christmas papers, cards and accessories I had, and also because I needed a change!
Arent these papers gorgeous!! They are from the Scrappy Canary August 2014 kit "Gypsy". I've done 3 pages so far using the kit and just love everything in it.
This tarnished gold embellishment was part of a pack of embellishments my awesome husband gave me for Christmas - isnt it gorgeous! He had lots of fun picking a few things out at our LSS!
Other supplies include: Freckled Fawn wood veneer (number, word) and paperclips; Stampin' Up! grid 3x4 cards; Kellie Stamps "summer" flair; SMASH* pen for journalling. Photos printed on my Epson XP-600.
And here is my title page. No photos here! I used some scraps of papers that I had, some watercoloured cards, and some of the gorgeous handmade embellishments from Charms creations!
Supplies include: Teresa Collins Albums made easy journalling cards - Studio Gold; Freckled Fawn wood veneer (stars); Studio Calico star, tree and joy wood veneer and gold stars; Chic Tags gold alphas; My Minds Eye Lost & Found Christmas patterned
paper; Stampin' Up! white cardstock; gold glitter thickers; and Charms creations star and arrow embellishments.

Hi Sunshine!
Todays share is a scrapbook page I had published in the Scrapbooking Memories magazine. It was in Vol 17 No 5 in the "Fabric" gallery where I've used a denim pocket cut from an old pair of my daughters jeans.
The photos are of my family doing silly selfies - it is always such a chore to get everyone to pose!
The patterned papers, diecuts and flair are all from American Crafts. I've cut strips of the papers and added them underneath my photos. I've used some stamps from Kellie Stamps on some shipping tags and placed in the pocket. Then I've attached some mini pegs that I've coloured with glitter glue.
I've then used lots of amazing and fun embellishments from D-lish Scraps: paper flowers, crocheted flower, polka dot buttons, and journal spots. I've also used Studio Calico wood veneer and chevron cork. Lastly I've added the date using a Pebbles roller date stamp.

Happiness is Chocolate Fondue!
Todays share is a scrapbook page I had published in the Scrapbooking Memories magazine. It was in Vol 17 No 4 in the "Posivity" gallery.
The photos are of my daughter Rachael enjoying a yummy Chocolate Fondue at Bracegirdles Glenelg! We love chocolate!!
I started with some patterned paper from the Studio Calico Printshop collection -this is one of my favourite collections. I've watercoloured across the paper (hard to see), added paint splatters, then I used a range of stamps from Prima and Bo Bunny and a dark grey ink pad.
I loved the background as it was and didnt want to cover it up so I used my "no paper" scrapbooking style and added just a few embellishments to highlight the photo and background.
I've used lots of amazing and fun embellishments from D-lish Scraps: orange bitty blooms, yellow Forget Me Nots, orange coloured wire, orange and yellow polkadot buttons, apricot Hand dyed muslin, orange Hand-Dyed Seam Binding, a Ticket Tab, paper tags and tabs.
Lastly I've added word stamps from Kellie Stamps under the photos, a date using a Pebbles roller date stamp, and a title using KaiserCraft alphas.

Project Life - I Love It!
I've finally joined the club, the Project Life (or pocket page scrapbooking) club that is!
I've umm'd and arrrr'd about it for some time as I already do Scrapbooking and SMASH*booking and I did not want to commit to another for of memory keeping. I'm so glad I tried it though - I just love it!! It is something different and I thought I would try it for my December Daily/Christmas Journal.
This is my first ever PL page. I've mainly used the October Cupcake kit from A Piece of Cake Designs. I just love these kits and the 6x6 paper is the perfect size for these pockets.
I've used the Kaiser stamp and the yellow Prima chalk ink (both from the kit) on white cardstock to make the top right background card. I've used my watercolour paints to make the "our day" card and I've used my mum's old typewriter to journal on another card. The black doilie and the stickers are also from the kit.
I've also used Freckled Fawn heart and diamond shaped wood veneer, and arrow paperclip; D-Lish Scraps paper flowers and Hello speech bubble wood veneer; PinkFresh Studio envelope wood veneer; and stamps from Kellie Stamps.

We R Family!
Todays share is a scrapbook page and card I had published in the Scrapbooking Memories magazine. It was in Vol 17 No 3 in the "Free paper project ideas" where I showcased 7 Dots Studio paper and scrapabet.
For both the scrapbook page and the card I created a background on kraft cardstock using a Studio Calico stencil and a range of Prima and KaiserCraft stamps - I love the grunge look it gives! I also splattered some black Dylusions inks across the pages.

Then I added some strips of the 7 Dot Studio paper under the photo and fussy cut some alphas from the scrapabet to make the title. I added a text stamp from Kellie Stamps under the photo.
To embellish I've added some D-lish Scraps goodies - paper flowers, resin flowers, and flair; as well as Studio Calico wood veneers; Freckled Fawn wood veneers; American Crafts button; and a Pebbles roller date stamp.
I've used a similar design for the card - adding some twine for a more masculine look.

She is so Creative!
Finally I've got an opportunity to do some blogging. I have had the flu for the past few weeks and it has really wiped me out! I havent had a flu like this for some time. Today is the first day of spring here. We had a glorious weekend of weather but the rain has returned today.
Today I have 2 more pages from June in my "SMASH*ing 2014" Journal (using the Tasty SMASH* folio). The photos are of the amazingly creative scrapbooking and floral arranging of my youngest daughter - isnt she adorable :)
I've mainly used the Freckled Fawn OHDEERME July kit - I just love this kit. There are lots of fun chipboard diecuts that are perfect for SMASH*ing and the stamps can be reused on every page. The washi tape is quite wide so I've torn it in half longways and attached to my pages - I love the torn look! I've also used: Kellie Stamps Shapes stamp sets; and a selection of roller stamps (Pebbles, October Afternoon, Studio Calico, Dear Lizzy and Amy Tangerine).

Our Farm!
Today I have 2 pages from June in my "SMASH*ing 2014" Journal (using the Tasty SMASH* folio). I made the calendar using MS Word - I like to record our daily activities this way. The photos were taken on a walk around our farm. We are so lucky to live in such a beautiful spot - Jessica loves to explore the old tree trunks and pretend she is a princess in her own castle!
I've mainly used the Freckled Fawn OHDEERME July kit (I love this kit!!), I'm getting lots of mileage from the stamps in this kit :) I've also used Freckled Fawn cloud and emoticon wood veneers; Kellie Stamps Hello Arrows and Shapes stamp sets; and a selection of roller stamps (Pebbles, October Afternoon, Studio Calico, Dear Lizzy and Amy Tangerine).

Be The Best Version Of You!
A few weeks ago I showed a technique called Painting with Plastic as part of the D-Lish Scraps 5th Birthday Bonanza and Cybercrop weekend. Well, since then I have experimented more with this technique and just love to use it on most of my pages. I love the natural random watercolour look it gives - I cant seem to achieve this with a brush.
On this page I've used a range of blue and teal Dylusions colours again (my favourite at the moment) with pops of green and lime. I love it - definitely my signature style.
This would have to be one of my favourite layouts. I love the colours, the white space, the embellishments, all the stamping and of course the gorgeous photos of Rachael <3
The papers I have used are from the Studio Calico Printshop collection - fun cool and quirky patterns perfect for this layout!
I've used lots of amazing and fun embellishments from D-lish Scraps: Wow word bubble wood veneer, white blue and green bitty blooms, Pinkfresh Studio geotags and Navajo arrows Colourblock Wood Veneers, and teal and green pinwheel blooms, white Sweetheart Blooms, white and teal Sweet Petites and a blue Forget Me Not.
I've also used a heap of stamps from Kellie Stamps: including the Shapes stamp set and others . I added the date using a Pebbles roller date stamp.
I've used a KaiserCraft stamp for my title - I love these stamps!!

Here are more pages in my "Currently Me 2014" journal - June/July. The first photo is of John, Jessica and myself on a family bowling day - a fun activity for winter. The other photo is of Rachael and I on a shopping trip to Harbortown. Rachael loves shopping and can search through all the racks for bargains - I'm not quite so patient but we had a fabulous day (and got very sore feet!).
Products I've used include: Kellie Stamps stamp sets; Stampin' Up! Epic Day This and That Journal, washi tape, designer series paper, and stickers; Freckled Fawn wood veneer; Studio Calico word wood veneer and cork arrows; Currently card (free digi download) from Kristin at Rukristin; Pebbles roller date stamp; paperclip and flair from my stash..

On This Day!
Last month I decided to treat myself and subscribe to the Freckled Fawn OHDEERME kit. I've never subscribed to and kits before so this was a huge treat. I love everything Freckled Fawn and these embellishments are perfect for SMASH*booking. I love the variety in the kits and most of the embellishments are relatively flat so dont add much bulk in the SMASH* journals.
I tried to solely use this July OHDEERME kit for the months of May, June and July in my SMASH*ing 2014 Journal. It was a great way to use everything in the kit and really get my moneys worth :) I can be a bit of a hoarder and keep things because they are too pretty to use. I finished 16 pages in my Journal!! I will show you these pages over the coming weeks.
Today's pages are from May in my "SMASH*ing 2014" Journal (using the Tasty SMASH* folio). It was Mothers Day and we had a camp fire and did some camp cooking - awesome!!
